A Seasonal Reservation goes for 1-Year at a time. They typically have a long-lasting relationship with the Park itself, and hang out largely during the Summer & Autumn Months.
A Monthly Reservation can go from 28-nights to 183-Nights in length, and typically have a more transient relationship with the Park. They can be hanging out Year-Round at the Park.
